Thank you for once again bringing Article 4 requirements to the discussion.
Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
How many of us can honestly say that we are residents of a State under a Republican form of government?
A State that makes LAWS in the legislature and has them administered (executed) by an executive branch?
And, when disagreement arises, the courts are used to settle them?
Are Fiat rules imposing “lockdowns” as Law, enforceable by the Sheriff and State Police?
Are fiat rules by the governor imposing fines and imprisonment on unencumbered free residents for not wearing proscribed articles of clothing (masks).
In the cause of arrest, are the “executive branch enforcers” visiting violence on those who assert their Constitution (enumerated) rights as free men under a Republican Form of Government?
Just
Don’t
Comply
Thanks again MAGACLETUSKAG.
