I am straining my gray matter; someone whose name we would recognize on this thread has said that recordings exist of CJ Roberts discussing replacing Scalia on the bench; cannot dredge it up. :(

the recording....I read about it, it was between Roberts and Breyer IIRC.....it read as if they knew they would have to replace Scalia days before he just upped and died....

What seems most significant to me about the LLinWood tweet on CJ Roberts is the libelous nature of it if it were not true.
Wood is an EXPERT on defamation suits. I can’t imagine he would open himself up to a lawsuit by posting defamatory information that is false. Unless he’s completely insane... which I doubt very much.
