I normally never take mineral or vit supplements, other than VitD which I started after the cancer surgery on the advice of my doc who is a naturopath. But plan on having on hand for Dr Z’s protocol if I feel the need.

I have certain supplements that my endocrinologist advised me to take which includes D3, that I started in 2015.

I actually was taking the D3 for many years before that-and after I started taking it, have not had any flu for all that time.

Just keep in Mind that Vd3 is a slow buildup vitamin. Taking 100,000 units is not the same as taking 10,000 units 10 days. It takes months to raise your D blood levels. That vitamin should be taken regularly.

The anti cancer effect is directly related to the blood levels. Not the In take levels.

I took about 10k 2 or 3 times a week for 6 months with a few weeks off, my score was tested at 43. 50+ is my target, I need to be more diligent.
