Seriously, Vitamin K2 is very necessary to get the calcium into your bones and not built up in your blood vessels. Our bodies don't make it and it's not in plants. It is a fat-soluble vitamin.
Found in grass fed(no grain) cows butter and whole milk and cheese etc. Also in the yolk of eggs from free range hens.
It has practically been eliminated from our food supply.
