So the Swiss bank donated hundreds of millions to Dominion, but is not owned by China? Am I understanding? Did you determine who owns the Swiss bank?

I believe that the $400 million was the Chinese entity which is in bed with the NY subsidiary:

UBS Securities Co Ltd

However, the actual money flow is somewhat murky. It is reported that the New York subsidiary (UBS Securities LLC) bought Staple Street Capital LLC (Dominion’s parent Co.) shares. The actual “Who’s who” is “not reported”.

The Swiss are a foreign entity regardless of who else is invested(CCP). That violates the 2018 Order.
