If/when enough legislatures happen to find some guts and decertify the Biden electors, then one of the points that Louie Gohmert highlighted in his lawsuit will likely become important.
Congress passed a law that requires that in disputes, the slate certified by the Governor/SOS ie Executive branch of the individual states is the one that will be accepted.
As Louie's suit pointed out, this is an unconstitutional usurpation of the plenary power of the state legislators. I think it unlikely that DemoKKKrat Governors will approve such a decertification, and GOPe are also questionable.
