Freepers should demand that you call a special session of the Georgia legislature to evaluate the election results. An overwhelming number of Republican voters are saying that you have something to hide. Maybe you do not, but your reluctance to call a special session has soiled your reputation and most of your party membership who believe the election was stolen will continue to bear witness until Trump returns to office. Your motives are being questioned. They believe that sufficient election irregularities cast doubt on the outcome of the election. They are convinced that President Trump won the election handily and they also believe you know it as well. Because of your continued refusal to call for a special session, voters of your party will challenge you’re your candidacy even if you run for dog catcher.
The State, of course, after granting the franchise in the special context of Article II, can take back the power to appoint electors. Governor Kemp has made his position clear and he is not going to do any such thing.

My understanding is the Georgia legislature does not need Kemp, they can call a special session themselves.
But there are some fake Republicans in the legislature as well as the executive.
Kemp, Raffensperger and others are sold out to the CCP. They won’t step forward because they would be incriminating themselves.

Waste of time. The last thing that corruptocrat wants is a session of the GA legislature.
The Constitution says that the state legislatures don’t need their governors to call a special session.
My understanding under Georgia law Gov. Kemp can call a special session or 75% of the legislators. I am not a Constitutional expert, but it seems to me that a power given in the Construction can not be subject to state law limits. Thus, the legislature of Georgia should be able to meet for the purpose of selecting electors by a vote of the majority.

it’s sad to say but we are going to have to get in kemp’s and ralston’s and raffensperger’s, etc. face, to be heard. remember the ungodly judge in the bible and the the gadfly lady who constantly asked the judge to hear her claim! he finally heard her just to get rid of her.

also the legislature can sign a petition for a special session but you’ve got keep the pressure up. tell them to sign and petition for a special session.

God will ultimately decide what goes down. We need to pray for His Will for our country and that we would have another chance at being the nation He intended it to be. How much more Godless can we become? Sodom and Gomorrah can’t hold a candle to the perversion of this country that had been so blessed. Keep praying everyone. God is in control. Definitely is a time to witness to others about Salvation.

I think it takes a 3/5ths vote. That isn’t happening.
when I first moved to GA, it was a democratic state. enough northerners moved here to make it a Republican state. atlanta being the exception.. this gov kemp has turned into an embarrassing disaster.. at the time he won the election the dem was abrams.. and anything was better than her.
but Kemp made a serious mistake.. for whatever reason, he gave this seat to an unknown woman. wealthy yes.. but doug collins was after that seat and kemp refused.
collins is a minister..he works hard for Trump and he deserves to be able to run for it.
something got hold of kemp and he is living his mistake... really bad one ...
