Was the RV bomber targeting an AT&T data center?
If so I can think of at least two AT&T connections to the ownership of SolarWinds & Dominion Voting Systems.

UPDATE: The explosion in Nashville, TN appears to have targeted the AT&T Central Office. Had the blast impacted the building most cell towers, ATM machines, and Internet infrastructure in the city would have been cut off.
