Look at the ears.
O’s ears have a distinctive bump on the outside about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way down from the top.
Its hard to recognize him without the flies! (No mole on the left side of the nose, Its not Ramadan so he should be wearing that ring. Nose does not look right.)
