Steve, while some people are claiming to show in a surveillance camera video that the blast originated on the other side of the street next to the white compact car, take a look at this ABC7 video taken from only feet away...

The RV in front of the AT&T building is a burning shell [at 0:13] but then the camera pans back up the street and the white compact car is intact [at 0:18]

This was a crude fuel air explosion. They didn't add any aluminum nitrate which would create more penetration power. MOAB (mother of all bombs) are called enhanced blast thermobaric explosives which has an even more penetration power. This one had nothing to it for penetration power.
Meaning the car had nothing to burn as the fuel blows up quickly. The RV was a match box and caught fire and stayed on fire well after then explosion.

Take a look at this video slow down. You can clearly see a gas forming in front of the white car before the explosion. Think of someone that blows fire out of their mouth. That is a fair analogy to this explosion.

More evidence it wasn't from the RV. Note the plates for an underground cellar

Note the plates for the underground cellar was blow out. The plates looks like it was behind the RV.
