Your pics actually demonstrate that it was indeed the RV and it appears TNT was used.
I’m amazed that about 10 months ago the internet and even FreeRepublic had soooooooo many viral, biological, infectious disease experts. All of sudden, there they were.

The RV was across the street from the rust colored AT&T building, but the cellar doors and building got blown out.
This means it was literally an inside job.
Just like OKC, cutter charges on the building columns, patsy with anfo bomb in truck outside.
