Of course the RV was burning it was in the blast radius but it wasn't the center of the explosion as YOU pointed out.

Theory (whacky one at that) - suppose the RV was parked and was there to “paint” the target, that is, to put an infrared marker on the location to be hit, followed by an air strike. Some folks beyond the trees last night were discussing the potential of a missile strike on the AT&T facility, and that the RV wasn’t the bomb.
