Theory (whacky one at that) - suppose the RV was parked and was there to “paint” the target, that is, to put an infrared marker on the location to be hit, followed by an air strike. Some folks beyond the trees last night were discussing the potential of a missile strike on the AT&T facility, and that the RV wasn’t the bomb.
There was gas creating a cloud at ground level before the explosion. If it was a missile the gas would blow out above the explosion point.
