That’s idiotic. Mice are an essential niche critter in the environment. Anyone who thinks for a moment that making a rodent species like that go extinct is a good idea is a fool.

Bot flies I can understand, or cattle screwflies, but you are right, mice and voles are on the menu for all sorts of other animals.

(I say this knowing what voles do in gardens, the little bastards!)
