What are your favorite Christmas movies? Please include heartwarming family-friendly movies even if they are not specifically Christmas-oriented.
I would include a recent classic, Christmas Oranges, and favorites from better eras like The Bishop's Wife, Christmas in Connecticut, Miracle on 34th Street, A Christmas Carol, Its A Wonderful Life, Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer, Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, Frosty The Snowman, and A Charlie Brown Christmas.
What would you add to that list?

Start to finish, with a true story of humanity, “It’s a Wonderful Life”.
Second place is either “A Christmas Carol” - 1938, or “Scrooge” - 1951. Both are good in their own ways.

I’ve always liked “Comfort And Joy” — a made-for-TV (maybe Lifetime) movie from 2003. Dixie Carter was so good in it. They never show it any more, and it’s not available to buy, stream, etc.
