Salmon, tuna, eggs.....and good ole sunshine!!

I eat plenty of these items and whether gray or sunny skies, you still get the Vit D. Obviously, necked would be even more beneficial but the Sheriff said they frown on that even for medical reasons.

How high are you able to raise your blood levels of vitD using diet and a bit of sun?

Sunshine is the best way, by my reading, but then we have MDs telling us how dangerous the sun’s rays are.
