The difference was people who voted for ONE Pete only; Beshear
I know there were many who disliked Bevin. I don’t believe THAT many voted down ballot (65+%) and not for Bevin
It makes sense to me given his constant foot-in-mouth disease - up until the very end with that massive blunder costing him votes in Northern Kentucky.
