A laughable study. Chinese are changing their eating habits across the board, and the “study” looks at....eggs? How about flour? Sugar? Cakes? Nope! Not interested. Let’s just see if we can find a CORRELATION between eggs and diabetes.

Eggs make zero contribution towards diabetes. Carbs on the other hand have everything to do with it. Expect we will be continually bombarded with this BS as it is easier to feed populations carbs vs animal proteins.

Different cultures or races have different metabolism. I remember many decades ago there was a fad diet which originated in Japan. Iirc, it was called the Zen Macrobiotic diet. Anyway, it consisted exclusively of rice and tea. The Caucasians who tried it were dropping like flies, healthwise and lifewise. Turned out Asians had an ability to synthesize an amino acid that was missing in the Caucasians who were keeling over.
