Judges have been working with likeminded politicians for
some time, reinterpreting the US Constitution in lawfare
actions designed to ‘legislate’ changes they cannot get
through Congress.
The DNC also knew their Election Fraud would be challenged
in the courts, which is why they arranged a team of 600
lawyers. The Judiciary has been overwhelmingly sympathetic
to DNC motions to toss cases on technicalities, abusing the
Law of Equity, which originally developed from the royal
prerogative of kings using their Court of Star Chamber to
suspend and dispense with laws, either to grant favors to
friends or persecute enemies.
This is the body of law that US judges are now using to say
cases are ‘too late’ or the remedy is ‘unfair’, even
nullifying Statutes. SCOTUS has denied justice on highly-
dubious grounds of ‘legal standing’ against Texas, now
courts are slow-walking lawsuits to get beyond deadlines in
January, and this latest example of persecuting Lin Wood.
