The only thing I can think for Pres. Trump to do to ensure the safety of the Moderna vaccine would be for him to have given some “inside” info to the CEO of Moderna to let him know what the DS is up to so that he would take steps to make the vaccine is kept safe throughout the production and distribution chain.

With infiltration and corruption, how would we know the CEO is to be trusted and even then, I don't think it's feasible to say a CEO could have the resources to defend production from state actors, and then there are all the vulnerable points in between Moderna and someone's arm the DS could attack.
I just posted the article below but it's from July. But obviously, the Chinese had a specific reason to target Moderna.
