Man allegedly stabs girlfriend’s eyes, throws daughter out of window

A mentally ill Florida man was arrested for allegedly beating his mother and stabbing his girlfriend’s eyes before throwing their 1-year-old daughter out of a window Saturday, authorities said.

Pierre Francois, 29, first attacked his mother in their Fort Lauderdale home by beating her with a two-by-four as she demanded him to stop hurting her during a schizophrenic episode, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office said.

The girlfriend will now be blind, and her baby is brain dead. Boy, she sure can pick 'em, can't she? The perp is not only mentally ill, but it certainly sounds like he was on some unauthorized drugs and/or off his prescribed meds. He is a fiend and needs to be put down as a danger to society. Poor little baby, what did they ever do to deserve such a death?

It was the illegal drugs more so than the schizophrenia. The combination created this horrendous storm.

My God. I’m sure this was not his first violent assault. Yet, the mental health depts don’t insist on them taking their meds.
