That won't happen. If he doesn't prevail in this and ultimately take down the DS completely, they will fabricate whatever they need to prosecute and imprison him for life, if not execute him. Along with most of his family too. We already know the DS has no qualms whatsoever about holding political prisoners indefinitely for literally NO REASON AT ALL - ask Lt. General Mike Flynn.
