I have no doubt it was China. If Russia had to pick a side, they would pick to side with USA—China wants their land too, I think.
However, Putin is always hedging their bets. And he is also on the record-if a country is sure they will be attacked, then that country should strike first. —pretty sure he means it.
Dims are already pushing Russia. How far are we going to let China push us? The response is to win this election.
