grey_whiskers had an excellent summary a week or so ago. China is most definitely at the center of all of this, and has been working toward this for decades. They want our land, all of it for themselves. Preferably with us gone.

I recall reading just a few years ago that China was trying to colonize Africa (wealth of natural resources). How did that work out? And why would USA seem to be easier pickings?
