The statement nearly went over me, he was so ready to launch in his upbraiding of All that Krebs had ignored: “but, if you’re saying this was the safest election based on no dead people voted... no people broke the absentee rules, I think that is false...”

I trust Rand but I doubt he is that ignorant.
So the question is, who is the deceit aimed at?
Disinformation is necessary and Rand is not the one who has to declare foreign intervention at this point.
