I trust Rand but I doubt he is that ignorant.
So the question is, who is the deceit aimed at?
Disinformation is necessary and Rand is not the one who has to declare foreign intervention at this point.
I don’t trust Rand Paul much for a number of reasons. If he’s “not the one to declare foreign interference” he certinaly didn’t need to say there wasn’t any. Wrong wrong.
