UPDATE: ARIZONA, GEORGIA, & PENNSYLVANIA have all sent COMPLETING SLATES of electors in favor of Trump/Pence. This is in accordance with the US Constitution. Vice-President (President of Senate) has ability to make the final say on which electors to accept.

So, who decides which “competing slate” is the valid one? Would SCOTUS weigh in then? Trouble in River City.
????
Soon to be suppressed/banned from social media.

So any prospect of MI and/or WI doing so? Though just flipping those 3 makes it 279-259 Trump.
MI is worth 16 more and WI, 10.
“Pennsylvania & Georgia have taken formal votes to send Electors for President Trump, giving rise to a potential scenario of “dueling slates of Electors.”
That’s a lie.
The full legislatures have not even taken such a vote, much less passed it.
These are not legal votes representing the subject states.
God bless these patriots.
I read that they’re being/have been threatened...by their own SOS, etc.
If a state sends two slates of electors, the president of the Senate (VP Pence) may decide which slate to accept. This is one way in which Trump can be re-elected on January 6th. All it would take is for Pence to select the Trump electors in contested states where he believes vote fraud took place. But as I understand it, Pence doesn't even really need a reason. If he has two slates presented from a given slate, he can arbitrarily choose to accept one slate over the other.
Of course, this would be quite a ballsy move on Pence's part and it would send shock waves through the nation. But apparently Pence would be on solid Constitutional ground. And speaking of ballsy, that would not be half as ballsy as the Dems blatant cheating this election cycle.
And if the Dems decide to appeal to SCOTUS, well SCOTUS already made quite plain last week that they have no interest in intervening in state elections.
So in a way, whether unintended or not, the SCOTUS decision on Friday that demoralized so many of us could well be the key to a Trump re-election on Jan 6.
Fascinating times we live in.
REPUBLICAN ELECTORS CAST PROCEDURAL VOTE, SEEK TO PRESERVE TRUMP CAMPAIGN LEGAL CHALLENGE
December 14, 2020 Filed in News
Harrisburg, PA – At the request of the Trump campaign, the Republican presidential electors met today in Harrisburg to cast a conditional vote for Donald Trump and Mike Pence for President and Vice President respectively.
“We took this procedural vote to preserve any legal claims that may be presented going forward” said Bernie Comfort, Pennsylvania Chair of the Trump campaign. “This was in no way an effort to usurp or contest the will of the Pennsylvania voters.”
Today’s move by Republican party electors is fashioned after the 1960 Presidential election, in which President Nixon was declared the winner in Hawaii. While Democrat legal challenges were pending, Democratic presidential electors met to cast a conditional vote for John F. Kennedy to preserve their intent in the event of future favorable legal outcomes.
The conditional resolution states that electors certify their vote for the President and Vice President “on the understanding that if, as a result of a final non-appealable Court Order or other proceeding prescribed by law, [they] are ultimately recognized as being the duly elected and qualified Electors for President and Vice President of the United States of America from the State of Pennsylvania…”
And these electors get their authority from whom?
The problem, as I understand it, is as follows:
1 - if competing slates, Senate and House meet separately to determine which to accept.
2 - if they agree, that particular slate counts
3 - (presuming we keep Senate) if Senate and House vote differently, the nod goes to the Governor’s slate if it was certified in the safe harbor period
If someone knows more, let me know. It appears that SCOTUS may be asked the throw out safe harbor because of the massive fraud. Will they do it?
Please God, MORE!!!!
