People aren’t behind because of the number of comments. People get behind because they have lives. People to care for, maybe elderly parents? Children, A house to run. A business to run. Employees to keep employed. Pianos to play. Violins to screech. Dogs to train.
I can think of about a hundred reasons why people are behind. And none of them have to do with slides.
Not everyone has the time to sit here and read.
And yes, give us some credit for being suhmart peeples. We can do both. We can slide, read, laugh, and be focused. Relevant? Ha.. that’s another issue.
I love the slides, brightens the discussions and shows succinct points visually.
Are you behind? If so, maybe it’s because you spend so much time posting about extraneous posts rather than skipping them and moving on. If you’re not behind, let those who are speak for themselves about the reasons for being so.
I can only speak for myself, but I’m generally ‘hopelessly behind’ and ‘seldom catchup’ because I am busy and have a full life. This forum is, however, very important to me and I do make the effort even though I’m sometimes two days behind.
I don’t dislike the slides though. They are helpful in judging people’s character and interests. If I know someone has an interest in a certain subject, then I can more easily trust their judgement on that subject. I also can dismiss the opinion of someone who is not knowledgeable.
Just my opinion.
There have 6 “Q” drops since 11/02/2020.

What do we beat to death about “Q” for 45 days? A lot of slides are at night.
Anecdotally, I chase conversations. I chase links into other links into rabbit holes. I research.
I also follow the Tump Train thread as there is deep-dive info there that is not here. It’s not all “Q” but can prove “Q”. (Caveat: I stink at “Q” de-ciphering)
I do the same thing at Trump Train that I do here.

I get behind...and I am retired. I’m guessing a good portion here might have jobs.
Now what?
So, what do you propose, that is meaningful, to stay “focused”? and “promote the purpose of the Q forum”...
