I see two things ... first the numbers overwhelmed the limitations they configured; they didn’t want the numbers to appear so out of whack & try to stay in 1% range so as to eliminate statewide recounts ... this then caused ratio distributions to be repeated in ways that more readily exposed the algorithm in play. second the disparity was so great they had to make the huge ballot dumps to overcome the disparity. Complete & total fraud.

.....and this is why they needed so many phony (and forged) paper ballots to help in any recount. Trump's landslide was not predicted and the malign code-makers panicked.
