That’s not a universal troof.
Voters who indicated, of their own volition, on the ballot request that they were indefinitely confined are legitimate votes.
The ballots that were mailed because the local /clerk/ filled-in “COVID” as the reason may *or may not* count.
The individual voters need to be canvassed.
