The thing that makes me think "something's up" (in a good way) is that just today, the Supreme Court site said the building was closed indefinitely due to COVID-19.

I didn't see that on the Supreme Court site when I went searching for dockets yesterday.

Seems to me, if that is going to be proved true, rather than false hope, unwarranted braggadocio, or Pied Piper, the time is very near.
