I seriously doubt any leaking is going on at the SC....
I do wonder if they’d reject the case, it would have been rather quick. Now, see... they are weighing and discussing and then typing up something witty...like about bicycles...

I scanned about 2 pages of the reply by the defendant States. Looks like it was written by an angry Sophomore.
I hope the SC plans a verbal slap down for the states for making them sort through their histrionic reply.
