Point of interest here:
Many think the SCOTUS will “punt” on the decision because they don’t want to be the cause of the violence that would ensue.
Maybe the MILINT is letting SCOTUS know that the violence will be squelch quickly and effectively and they won’t need to be concerned.
That’s just silly. Of course the SCOTUS will get involved, because they are the ones that do that in these cases. There’s a long history of it. And the egregiousness in this case is rather overwhelming with an appearance of collusion and orchestration too. And, just wait until Federal evidence shows up, it’s going to be a doozy. But I suppose that might be a separate matter regarding treason and espionage.
I’m in the middle of the Texas response reading, about half way done now, I highly encourage people to read these legal briefs, they are actually fairly easy to follow once you get the hang of it.
