Constitutionally, what happens to Biden’s electoral votes?
(2) If SCOTUS rules in favor of TEXAS and the Dems can’t keep Biden’s mental failure hidden any longer?
What happens to MI/GA/PA/WI electoral votes for Biden?
Constitutionally, I believe that it would go to the House of Reps to pick the President which would be put there by the representing party (the Ds nominee vs. Trump). So they could throw in Michelle Obama if they wanted. As long as the House decides (via state leg.) and then a VP would be picked by the Senate. That’s all I see. I’m not an expert though. So if you like the idea of Obama and Harris on a ticket that would be interesting. Maybe Dave at X22 will address this soon.
