They don't need to be off-line for that. Their data is all "weighted" to show whatever they want to show. Graphs that people swear by are actually just a current guess, "weighted" by whatever data interpolations/extrapolations are needed to fit the agenda. They're somewhere on the scale of "Statistics, Damned Statistics, and Lies". Definitely not "Statistics".
