IF they have the Frankfurt servers and if they are what is believed that they are, they could have a record of anyone who logged on and what they did. Even if not used as evidence in court that provides great leverage to encourage cooperation or so it seems to me.

I think that leverage is about all we see Laptops in the hands of the FIB being used as.
These? They might be crown jewels in the case against the Deep State so I suppose you would at some point have to be willing to use the information that they contain and not keep them locked away in some vault. Unless its in some closed tribunal an explanation of the chain of evidence would provide the story.
