And in cases of NatSec, it would seem foolish if the SC couldn’t receive info considering the alternative way of resolving this.

Yes, DJT is petitioning as a candidate. Not as POTUS.

Doug Collins should have fought back the same way, against Loeffler.

Perdue and Laufler still are mute on Trump. Perdue did not say one word for Trump today, with Pence present.

The President is the final authority on granting Security Clearances in the nation. He may grant a clearance on a specific “Need to Know” basis for whomever he deems requires the information.
