If you are a socially aware Karen and are worried about giving it to Grandma you should just stay away from her all the time and let your relatives help keep her spirits up. She probably prefers them over you anyway.

That’s what my family is doing regarding me as I’m immune risk. They all work in health care or with the public so they’ve stayed away. And I’m ok with that but of course miss seeing them.
