So the Gov. and SOS of PA can chose to knowingly certify a fraudulent election or not. When they certify, they too will be guilty of fraudulent action. More swamp type critters caught in the sting.

Correct—I guess my first sentence was not clear. Only the injunction part was decided.
My second point was that if the Gov. and SOS go ahead and certify a fraudulent election, they would then be caught in the trap.
If a stay had been issued it would have saved the DemonRAT’s skin. This way they had to make a choice. One which can have severe consequences. Can have doesn’t mean will have.

And the PA supreme Court stepped in it bigly, by saying “you waited too long (after the election)”... if a suit had been brought before the election, it wouldn’t go anywhere, because there would have been no ‘injury’ to the person(s) bringing the suit:
