At a presentation at our local Reagan Republican group in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho this afternoon, attorney D. Colton Boyles outlined the amicus brief filed by his firm at the US Supreme Court in support of the Texas lawsuit, on behalf of Idaho Lt. Governor McGeachin and others. While our AG and Governor have chosen to run and hide, Patriots here are taking action.

I’ll post a copy of the motion as soon as it’s made available.
