the reason I ask is, I’d like to see the number of amicus states’ electoral vote total bring Biden’s total EC count under the “majority of electors appointed”.
Can’t do it without PA. (I’d also like to see NC come on down)
I think it’s critical to do, SCOTUS-wise, as they would then have a reason to look at this.
Otherwise, it’s too easy for them to say..can’t dis-enfranchise x amount of voters” etc...

Anytime any one makes this statement, it should be asked since when do dead people, non-citizens (such as Russians, Chinese, Mexicans etc.), and fake ballots or algorithms are supposed to be equivalent to the votes of real citizens?

I will never in my life understand this logic. If the votes are fraudulent, the people are disenfranchised if they DO count them.
