AT SCOTUS GOP of Pennsylvania v. Boockvar (filed in October 2020, extension of election day deadline not passed by PA legislature)—SCOTUS considering petition to hear the case (no. 20A84);

*Texas v. Pennsylvania et al: *motion to file bill of complaint;

*Kelly v. Pennsylvania *emergency pre-petition injunction denied at SCOTUS, will follow through with planned petition to SCOTUS *Lin Wood v. Raffensperger *(consent decree) dismissed summarily for lack of standing, seeking review at SCOTUS;

Bognet v. Boockvar (suit to stop the mail in ballots, TRO dismissed because of no standing, Third Circuit upheld, SCOTUS application filed( issue is standing to sue in election disputes)

Wisconsin: Trump v. Evers—challenge to illegal ballots (dismissed by Wisc. Supreme Court ( filed in wrong court, but with strong dissents) becomes *Donald J Trump et al vs. Joseph R Biden et al * (filed in Wisc. Circuit Ct, as per decision)

Michigan: King v. Whitmer (US District Court) Stacey Powell (fraud, dominion)—injunction dismissed, case is still alive in the US District Court;

**Costantino v. Detroit **(Michigan state court) —fraud, no observers; injunction denied, but allegations substantial and troubling, motion for audit renewed; Order from 3rd judicial circuit on motion for audit: (Michigan state ct): constitutional right to an audit but audit of wayne county denied, must go to Sec of State then come to court.

Pennsylvania: Trump v. Boockvar Rudy’s case,US district court, (no observers, curing of ballots (Equal Protection clause): dismissed summarily by US District Court for lack of standing, frivolous; request to file 2nd amended complaint also dismissed; Rudy appeals to Third Circuit about amended complaint, appeal dismissed. No further action at SCOTUS yet.

*Kelly v PA *state court (Act 77 unconstitutional re: mail-in ballots); commonwealth ct granted injunction against certification, PA supreme court overruled on the basis of laches (delay) and took extraordinary jurisdiction to dismiss the suit with prejudice. Petition at SCOTUS presently;

Lin Wood v. Raffensperger US District Court (consent decree) dismissed summarily for lack of standing, 11th Circuit upheld, at SCOTUS RNC v. Georgia, state court (rules for the Jan 5 runoff);

*Trump and Shafer v. Raffensperger *,state court, (illegal ballots—dead, unregistered etc)—complaint and injunction filed;

*Boland v. Raffensperger,*State superior court, (abnormally low absentee ballot rejection rate)—is the subject of a motion to dismiss summarily.

**Arizona: ** : Kelli Ward v.Jackson (superior court, Maricopa county): application for a recount and audit; sample of duplicate ballots; trial court denied a hearing, AZ supreme court agreed. she will appeal

Nevada: King v. Whitmer,(Jesse Binall’s case) state district court (illegal ballots)-dismissed by state district court after reviewing evidence, Nevada supreme court dismisses appeal saying review of evidence was reasonable
