New pandemic stay-at-home order to close NC businesses between 10 pm and 5am. (and people are to stay home during those hours)

Raleigh, NC- Gov. Roy Cooper issued a new stay-at-home order on Tuesday to limit the spread of coronavirus, ordering most businesses to close at 10 p.m. each night, starting Friday.

"We have to act now to save lives, preserve hospital capacity and protect our economy," Cooper said during an afternoon news conference.

The order will require all restaurants, bars, personal care businesses and most retailers to be closed between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Alcohol sales for on-site consumption will have to end at 9 p.m.

The stay-at-home order "means just what it says – people are to stay home during those hours," the governor said.

Cooper in North Carolina is just trying to "out-tyrant" Newsom in California. This China Cootie thing has become a real competition between governors -- both Right and Left -- as to who can better crush their state's citizens with the governors' self-anointed, vast omnipotent power.

What does all of this have to do with stopping the virus? It's a dead particle. It's everywhere and won't go away by staying indoors at night.

Staying in your home at night just means the virus will be there when you go back outside in the morning. Who comes up with these "remedies"? Idiots apparently.

The whole purpose of these rules is to kill the virus, not kill the economy.
