It may be time to shut it all down.
If no one wears a mask, the Health Department only has the authority to close down “imminently dangerous” businesses and unoccupied domiciles.
That authority is in the MCL.
In violating the order, the DHHS must follow the rules of due process before shutting down the business.
The wearing of masks is incumbent on the business, not the citizen.
Pain will come but it will go.
