The Blue line is the route from druid hills to state farm arena. The red pushpin\ballon indicates the destination end. It’s only a 4 mile trip. ( one Cell tower could cover both..(with a bunch of subject tos))

call up google maps and try it. Then click on the state farm arena balloon.

So I really don’t think it means much of anything...
