That was REJECTED, because the case against Flynn was MOOT (vernacular, as in "it's a moot point" meaning no longer viable or in question), due to the Pardon.
The government moved for a consent motion to dismiss the case as moot ECF #308 (I guess the govt. filed a consent motion to dismiss the case due to the pardon).
That was GRANTED.
The case itself, is dismissed as MOOT, due to the Pardon.
Just tying up loose ends and clearing up paperwork.
