The ebola vaccine was in trials and they didn't have enough subjects so they went to africa and gave it to an outbreak there. We finally got an EBOLA vaccine 12/2019... 5 years to bring it to the public. There are no cases for its use. remember that....then remember what Pres. Trump is doing with COVID vaccine(s)
