We should expect there were neutral third party witnesses with sworn affidavits under penalty of perjury attesting the step by step procedures and results of this examination.
This would be standard procedure.
We can also expect the examination was filmed and witnessed by a court registered neutral third party.
This must all be done to have it admissible in court.
Certified copies of this admissible evidence should be filed with a prosecutor’s office noting emergency action is needed.
It is the prosecution level where I have concerns. GA Attorney General Christopher Carr, where is he on this? Not saying he’s derelict or standing down, I just don’t know what his office is doing about all this.
