Using sequestered Dominion Equipment, Ware County ran a equal number of Trump votes and Biden votes through the Tabulator and the Tabulator reported a 26% lead for Biden.

37 Trump votes used in the equal sample run had been "Switched" from Trump to Biden. In actual algorithmic terms this means that a vote for Trump was counted as 87% of a vote and a vote for Biden was counted as 113% of a vote.

Those conducting the test were so shocked that they ran the same ballots again. The same results appeared.

ONE PIECE OF THE PUZZLE SOLVED. (It is worth noting that this was one County, and on one Tabulator alone.

Dominion Tabulators could have been configured with different algorithms in different Counties or States.) The point is there is now hard evidence of electronic manipulation of the Election.

The use of illegal and/or fabricated ballots is an additional issue altogether, but this is sufficient evidence to question the validity of the ENTIRE Election in the 28 states that used Dominion software. Source: Debbie Browning Tift Co Republican Party

I was in school, private school Ours had one of these dot reading computers for tests and the teacher would run her answer key through the machine before she graded our Scantron scored answers, and she would augment our test results based on how accurate the test key was to the actual result. This technology is crappy and has been for 30 years

Tabulator and vote stuffing can work in tandem. They can monitor current number of votes. Determine how many are needed for Biden. Stuffed votes arrive and vote count changes. Vote count can be adjusted if its calculation is off. Or they can just dump Trump votes or mark them invalid. This one does not need tabulator manipulation.

Since no complete audit of ballots are done, the hand count would match the machine count.

Originally the tabulator was suspected of keeping vote count of a favored candidate ahead by a few percent. This was supposed to an incremental process. The vote stuffing and dumping could have proceeded without raising any suspicion.
However, if the opponent is leading by a higher margin than expected, more stuffed forged votes are needed to be injected. That is why you can see sudden spikes of Biden votes.

He is saying the hand count demonstrated the machine count switched votes so they ran the ballots through the machine to confirm the machine count and threw out the hand count.

He's saying the vote count changed after the recount because of a human error - apparently with the initial count.

He's explicitly saying 1) no one impounded any tabulating machine and 2) the machines didn't flip any votes - it was people who screwed up.
