The fact they refused to let Garland Favorito testify as a Trump witness is very troubling.
He's saying the vote count changed after the recount because of a human error - apparently with the initial count.
He's explicitly saying 1) no one impounded any tabulating machine and 2) the machines didn't flip any votes - it was people who screwed up.
